- 3 matza boards, crushed
- 2 eggs, beaten
- A little water
Put the crushed matza in a medium bowl. Pour about ½ cup water over the matza to make it wet and pour out the excess water. Add the eggs and salt to taste and mix well.
Heat a non-stick pan, lightly oiled pan over medium heat. Pour the mixture into the pan and spread it out like a pancake. Leave it for a few minutes and then flip over to the other side for a few more minutes. Matza brie is ready when its golden.
