- 1 tablespoon unflavoured kosher gelatine powder
- 500 ml (2 cups) plus 2 tablespoons grape juice
In a small bowl mix together the gelatine powder and 2 tablespoons grape juice, allow to sit for 5 minutes until gelatine has softened.
In a small pot heat the remaining grape juice and softened gelatine together until the gelatine has dissolved. Bring mixture just to a boil and take off the heat.
Decant into small wine glasses and refrigerate until set – about 3 hours.
